The HTC Legend, is it really a legend?

The HTC Legend may be the physically smaller brother of the HTC Hero but it is much bigger than the Hero where it counts.. on the inside! After the Taiwanese company’s success with the Hero they’re back with a vengeance and a Legend to go with that vengeance!
With a full aluminium chassis and a super high-res OLED screen I think it’s safe to assume that HTC are definitely trying to power their way to the forefront of the smart-phone market. With competition coming in all forms from the iPhone 3GS and the fact that there are so many good iPhone deals on the market as well as other contract mobile phones that are available to people that may not like or may not even want the Legend.
Boasting the latest 2.1 version of Android you can definitely expect the Legend to pull in plenty of customers as the eagerly anticipated new version of Android is unveiled on this new handset. The handset may have all the latest hardware and apps available to it but the downside is that the aluminium chassis gets, as you would imagine, very easily scratched if you leave it in your pocket with keys and or coins. You can buy rubber phone protectors and screen protectors for the handset though and these would definitely be a sound investment.
